CRAB QUICHE 
2 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. crab meat
8 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
1/2 c. chopped onion

Beat first 4 ingredients together. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Can use fresh crab meat or canned crab.
