CRAB QUICHE | |
1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. flour 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. milk 2 (6 oz.) can crab, drained 1/3 c. chopped green onion 1 tbsp. fine chopped parsley 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese 1 unbaked pastry shell In bowl, combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Stir in crab, onion, parsley and cheese. Spoon into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yields 6 to 8 servings. |
