4 eggs
3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
24 crushed soda crackers
1 1/3 c. chopped pecans
1 pkg. whipped cream

Beat 4 egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar; beat until stiff. Slowly add sugar and vanilla. Fold in soda crackers and nuts.

Put in slightly greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until light brown. Cool pie. Whip 1 package whipping cream. Add preserves of your choice to taste.
