SALSA 
8 c. prepared tomatoes, peeled & chopped
2 c. chopped sweet bell peppers
1 1/2 c. onions
1/4 - 1 c. jalapeno peppers (depending on taste)
1 tbsp. salt
1/8 c. sugar

Cook down tomatoes 1/2 hour or so. Add other ingredients. Cook to desired consistency. Adjust peppers and spices to taste. Makes approximately 4 pints.
