WEIGHT WATCHERS PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
16 oz. pumpkin or applesauce
4 med. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Artifical sweetener = 2 tbsp. sugar
Artifical brown sugar = 6 tbsp. brown sugar
4 oz. white bread
1 1/3 c. non-fat dry milk
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/3 tsp. baking soda

Mix eggs, baking soda, pumpkin and vanilla. Put rest of ingredients in separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to other (little at a time). Beat on low speed with mixer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 12.
