PUMPKIN CHIP MUFFINS 
1 2/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. chocolate chips

In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl beat eggs pumpkin and butter. Stir into dry ingredients just until blended, fold in chips. Greased or paper-lined muffin cups, bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
