HERSHEY SPRITZ 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg (I use 1 egg)
1/2 tsp. almond flavor
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter. Gradually add XX sugar. Cream well. Add eggs and extracts. Gradually add flour and salt; mix well.

Put dough in cookie press. Press out a flat piece of cookie, slightly bigger than 1 section of Hershey bar. Place Hershey piece on and cover with another flat piece from press. Press corners down. Trim as needed.
