DATE BALLS 
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. Rice Krispies

Melt butter. Stir in sugar, eggs, dates and nuts. Mix well and stir over low fire until cooked (10 minutes). Stir in Rice Krispies; cool. Roll into balls and roll in coconut.
