HAMBURGER SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. size onion, chopped
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 (15 oz.) can green beans, drained
Instant mashed potatoes (enough for 8 servings)
Velveeta cheese (enough slices to cover top of casserole)

Brown the meat and onions together, drain. Add the soup and drained green beans to the meat mixture. Make the mashed potatoes according to instructions on box. Put meat, soup and green bean mixture into a baking dish. Pile potatoes on top, layer slices of cheese on top of potatoes.

Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and just beginning to brown.
