HAMBURGER PIE 
leftover mashed potatoes
1 can tomato soup
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 (12 or 15 oz.) can green beans, cut
salt and pepper to taste

Cook ground meat and onion together; drain fat. Combine meat mixture with undiluted tomato soup and green beans. Top with the leftover mashed potatoes.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
