1/2 to 3/4 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
1 1/2 oz. skim milk
1 green onion, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Bisquick mix
1 egg
1/2 c. light cottage cheese

Mix Bisquick and milk together. Knead 10 times on lightly dusted floured board. Roll dough into a circle to fit a 9-inch greased pie pan. Ease dough into pan to form edges.

Saute beef and onions until meat is brown. Drain. Add seasonings and biscuit mix. Spread into the dough-lined pan. Beat egg slightly with the cottage cheese. Pour over the meat. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes in 375 degree oven. Cut into wedges to serve.
