HAMBURG PIE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
3 cans green beans, drained
1 family size and 1 regular tomato soup
3 potatoes, peeled and chunked
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Boil potatoes until soft, then drain. In the meantime, brown beef and onion. Mix in beans and soup and add salt and pepper to taste. Spread meat mix in a Dutch oven. Mash potatoes and mix in milk, eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Spread mashed potatoes on top of meat mix, leaving edges open for bubbling.

Bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes until top browns.
