TUNA-FISH PIE 
6 oz. butter
1 1/2 c. bread flour (Pillsbury's)
3 tbsp. water
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

FILLING:

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans white tuna in water
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 lg. onion, chopped and simmered in pan
1 tbsp. dill weed
Salt
Garlic powder

Mix butter and bread flour together with a pastry blender. Add water and shredded cheese. Press toward center of pan with finger tips. Bake dough about 10 minutes at 375 degrees.

TOPPING:

Mix all ingredients of the filling together and pour filling into pastry. Bake pie 15-20 minutes more or until filling has a beautiful color.
