VEGETABLE TUNA PIE 
1 c. raw carrot
1 c. raw potato
3 tbsp. chopped onion

Simmer the above together 15 minutes in 1 cup salted water. Add 1 cup frozen or canned peas. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and oil of 1 can tuna fish (or use just butter). Add 2 tablespoons flour to make paste. Add 2 cups liquid (vegetable water plus milk). Put vegetable and tuna fish into sauce and put into 6 x 10 x 2 inch baking dish.

MAKE DOUGH:

1 c. flour
1/3 c. shortening
2 tbsp. water

Roll out dough on floured board and cut to fit baking dish and place over mixture. Bake at 450 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
