CHICKEN WITH SPAGHETTI ALFREDO 
2 1/2 lb. frying chicken drumsticks
1 env. seasoned coating mix for chicken, Italian flavor
2 green peppers, cored and quartered
8 oz. spaghetti
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. heavy cream

Coat chicken with seasoned coating mix as directed on package. Arrange chicken in single layer in un-greased shallow baking pan.

Bake at 400°F for 40 to 50 minutes or until tender.

Place peppers in pan with chicken during last 25 minutes of baking. Cook spaghetti as directed on package; drain. Add Parmesan cheese and butter, toss lightly. Gradually add cream and stir until smooth creamy sauce is formed. Mound in center of a preheated serving platter and arrange baked chicken and roasted peppers around spaghetti mixture.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
