SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 pt. sour half & half
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. dried onion
2 c. grated American cheese

Mix and put in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Mix 1/4 cup melted butter with 2 cups corn flakes. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
