MICROWAVE MAC AND CHEESE 
Combine in microwave safe bowl with lid, 2 1/2 cup macaroni, 2 1/2 cups water, and a pinch of salt until tender. Keep lid cracked on bowl. When tender add 1/4 cup butter, 1/2 cup milk, and cheese to taste and thickness. We use Velveeta cheese. I like to eat this with B-Q chicken, broccoli, fruit salad, biscuits, milk and ice cream for dessert if I've been good.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
