MICROWAVE MACARONI & CHEESE 
1 1/2 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
3 c. hot water
2 c. (10 oz.) diced process American cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine macaroni and water in 9 inch microproof baking dish. Double- wrap tightly with plastic wrap and cook on HIGH for 9 to 10 minutes or until noodles are cooked but still firm.

Pour off remaining water. Stir in cheese, butter, milk, salt, pepper. Cover and cook on HIGH for 6 minutes, stirring once. 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
