MICROWAVE MACARONI AND CHEESE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 c. cooked macaroni
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika

Place butter in 1 quart glass measuring cup. Heat in oven on full power for 20 to 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk slowly; cook in oven on cookmatic level 8 for 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted. Pour sauce onto cooked macaroni in 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with mixed bread crumbs and paprika. Heat in oven on full power for 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbling.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
