MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
Powdered flour

Cream butter; add sugar gradually; blend in salt, vanilla and flour. Mixture is stiff. Pinch off small pieces of dough and roll into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees about 10 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while hot. Makes about 5 dozen.
