MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Cream butter and sugar; work in flour, nuts, and vanilla. Shape into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. If dough is sticky, chill several hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes then roll in confectioners' sugar.
