MEXICAN WEDDING CAKES 
1 c. real butter, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Combine butter, sugar, salt and vanilla. Cream until light and fluffy. Mix in flour and then add the nuts. Pinch off a small piece of dough and shape into balls. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Roll balls in powdered sugar while hot and then again when cool.
