PIE CRUST 
5 c. flour
1 lb. lard
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix lard into flour and salt until crumbly. Beat 1 egg with lemon juice and enough water to make 1 cup liquid. Mix with dry ingredients. Makes 7 single crusts. May be frozen in individual balls or rolled out as crusts and frozen. When ready to use just thaw and place in pie pan.
