BBQ - FOR A BIG CROWD 
6 lbs. ground beef, browned
2 onions
2 c. celery
1 c. green pepper
12 oz. tomato paste
2 c. ketchup
3 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
5 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. red pepper
4 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar (1/3 cup)
5 beef bouillon cubes

Mix all ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours until vegetables are tender-cooked.
