HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2-3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 can cream of chicken soup mixed with 1 can of milk
3/4 c. salad dressing
4-5 hard cooked eggs, cut up
1 sm. can mushrooms, if desired
3/4 c. diced celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. crushed potato chips
1 pkg. slivered almonds, if desired

Mix all ingredients together using 1/2 of the crushed chips in salad mix and 1/2 sprinkled on top. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan about 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cream of mushroom or celery soup can be substituted for the chicken soup.
