HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. milk
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs
Salt & pepper
1 1/2 c. brown sugar (light)
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard

Mix ham, pork, milk, crumbs and eggs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Form into a loaf. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Mix brown sugar, water, mustard and vinegar. This is for basting loaf. Continue to baste loaf off and on for another hour. Loaf can be covered during baking and uncovered for last 15 minutes. If you cover, you can pour basting liquid over loaf before covering.
