WATERGATE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 c. club soda
3 lg. eggs
1 c. Puritan liquid oil
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding (Jello)
5 1/2 oz. fine chopped pecans

Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes (test) in a 9x13 pan. Refrigerate when cool.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant Jello pistachio pudding
1 1/4 c. homog. milk
8 oz. cool whip (thawed)

Mix together and frost on refrigerated, cold cake.
