WATERGATE CAKE 
1 white cake mix
1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. Ginger Ale

Beat together ingredients for cake for 2 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes in a 9 x 11 inch ungreased pan.

ICING:

1 sm. Cool Whip
1 c. milk
1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding

Beat 1 cup milk with 1 package of pudding. Blend in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled cake and sprinkle with nuts.
