EASY MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 onion
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Ranch style beans
Corn tortillas (12 count pkg.)
1 lb. cheese (Longhorn)

Brown hamburger and diced onion. Add the chilies, enchilada sauce, soup and beans. Layer in pan in this order: corn tortillas, hamburger mixture and grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until cheese is melted.
