DAD'S GOULASH 
1 onion
celery to taste
2 lb. hamburger
macaroni or seashells, cooked
salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can milk
mushrooms, fresh or canned (optional)
Velveeta cheese

Brown burger with onion, celery & seasonings. Drain grease and add remaining ingredients except cheese. Mix together. Top with slices of Velveeta cheese. Can serve as soon as cheese melts or bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
