COLESLAW 
3 tbsp. non fat yogurt
2 tbsp. non fat sour cream
3/4 tsp. prepared yellow mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
1/4 tsp. celery seeds
1/8 tsp. ea. salt and pepper
1 3/4 c. shredded cabbage

Mix dressing ingredients and add to cabbage. Toss well. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours stirring occasionally.
