FRUITED SLAW 
4 c. shredded green cabbage
1/2 c. dried fruit bits
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
1 (8 oz.) lowfat orange yogurt
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

In large bowl, combine cabbage and fruit bits. In small bowl combine yogurt and dry ingredients; mix well, pour over salad; mix well. Gently fold in orange segments. Make eight 1/2 cup servings.
