SOUR CREAM FRUIT SLAW 
1 (2 1/2 lb.) head cabbage, grated
2 lg. apples, grated
2/3 c. grated green pepper, drained
1/2 c. pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine cabbage, apple, green pepper, and pineapple. In separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss lightly. Garnish with additional pineapple and apple slices. If storing in refrigerator, seal. Yield: 6-8 servings.
