COLESLAW 
4 c. shredded green cabbage
2 c. shredded carrots
3/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. mustard seeds
1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 c. nonfat yogurt
1/2 c. lowfat cottage cheese

Combine cabbage, carrots, and onions in a large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor and whirl just until smooth. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate overnight. Yield: 8 (1 cup) servings.
