1 onion
6-8 med. potatoes
6 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 soup can evaporated milk
1 soup can sweet milk

Chop onion and saute in butter. Peel and dice potatoes. Add to onions. Add water; just enough to cover potatoes. Cook until tender. Add soup, evaporated milk and sweet milk. Salt and pepper to taste.
