SPICEY HAM SANDWICHES 
2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. mustard (prepared)
1 sm. onion, grated
1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 pkgs. honey ham
2 pkgs. aged Swiss cheese
10 English muffins

Melt butter and add mustard, onion, poppy seed and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and refrigerate until spreadable. Cover tops and bottoms of muffins with mixture. Layer each with ham and cheese. Wrap in foil and heat at 350 degrees until cheese melts, or freeze and bake (later) for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
