GRILLED MIXED VEGETABLES 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 cup Tony's Chachere's Creole seasoning
1/2 cup onion
1 9x13-inch disposable aluminum pan

Take a disposable aluminum pan, add oil to coat, add mixed vegetables and onion. Sprinkle evenly with seasoning to taste. Put on grill over flame or coals and stir occasionally until vegetables become golden brown.

Takes 30 to 45 minutes.
