HOLIDAY HOUSE CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin or flavor of your choice
2 2/3 c. boiling water
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. ground cranberries
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 apple, peeled and chopped in food processor
1 orange, peeled and chopped in food processor
2/3 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in large bowl. Stir in all the above; mix well. Pour into an 8-inch pan. Chill until set. Cut into squares to serve. 12 servings, freezes well.
