ARTICHOKE AND SPINACH STRIPS 
1 pack frozen spinach
4 garlic cloves and
1 pkg pizza dough and
2 tsp butter
4 marinated artichokes hearts

Defrost spinach and drain well.

In a bowl, combine chopped artichoke hearts with spinach; add minced garlic. Mix well. and then chop artichoke hearts

Roll out dough into a 14-inch round and fill half of dough will mixture. Fold over and then press down firmly to seal edges. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cut into 1-inch strips and arrange on a greased baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
