FREEZER TOMATO SAUCE 
20 tomatoes
1 lg. onion
4 lg. carrots
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
Dash of pepper

Clean tomatoes, boil then simmer 1/2 hour, cool. In blender, blend 3 cups of tomatoes, 1 cup of onions, 1 cup of carrots and all seasonings. Blend for 1 minute. Place in freezer container. Use for spaghetti and etc.
