BEEF JERKY 
2 lbs. round steak
Black pepper
Seasoning salt
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Cut meat with grain, 1/4 inch wide. Remove gristle and fat while doing this. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Pound. Turn. Sprinkle again and pound. Mix the sauces, liquid smoke, onion salt and garlic salt. Dip the strips of meat in this. Place on oven rack over your sink and arrange the meat on it. Let drain for a while. Bake for 8 to 12 hours or in a 110 degree oven with the rack at the highest position and the door open.
