BEEF STROGANOFF 
Approximately 1 lb. round steak
1 minced garlic clove
6 oz. can mushrooms
1 can tomato soup
6 drops Tabasco sauce
Salt, pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. fat
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Noodles

Pound steak and then flour it. Brown steak in 2 teaspoons fat. Add onion, garlic clove and mushrooms; saute. Add tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper. Place lid on pan and simmer approximately 1 hour or until steak is tender. Just before serving, stir in 1 cup sour cream. Fix noodles according to directions.
