SHRIMP AND WILD RICE | |
1 pkg. wild rice 1 c. shelled shrimp 1/2 c. longhorn cheese, shredded 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 tbsp. minced onion 2 tbsp. melted butter 2 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Lots of black pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard Prepare 1 package of wild rice according to directions. In a bowl mix shrimp, soup, onion, butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and black pepper. Add wild rice and mix well. Pour into a 2 quart dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. |
