RUSSIAN COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. buttery Wesson oil
1 can favorite pie filling
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix the oil, 1 cup sugar, eggs, baking powder, salt and flour. Pour half this batter in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread the pie filling over, then the rest of the batter. Combine the 1/2 cup sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle on top. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
