SHRIMP CREOLE 
2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. oil
1 c. yellow onions
1 c. celery
1/2 c. bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. McCormick seafood seasoning (Chesapeake Bay Style)
6 green onions, chopped
3 c. water
2 lb. shrimp

Brown oil and flour until golden or light brown. Add chopped onions, celery, bell pepper, garlic; cook together 3 minutes with tomato paste. Add water; simmer 5 minutes; add shrimp, garlic, salt, red pepper, black pepper, green onions, and seafood seasoning. Let come to a boil. Lower heat and simmer on low heat 30 minutes. Serve over rice (2 cups) steamed rice. Serves 4.
