SAUERKRAUT - NOODLE BAKE 
4 oz. fine noodles
1/4 c. butter
1 can sauerkraut, rinsed & drained
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and stir in butter. Layer half each sauerkraut, noodles and cheese in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with salt. Repeat layers. Cover and bake 30 minutes. 5 servings. Serve with German sausage.
