TANGY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground meat
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. mustard
1 clove garlic
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. oregano
1 egg white
2 tbsp. bread crumbs

Mix all ingredients together. Form into small meatballs. Brown only a little bit (or not at all).

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Add to meatballs. Simmer 20 minutes. Take meatballs out and stir 2 packets of Equal. Pour over meat.
