GLAZED MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean hamburger
1/2 c. dry fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. whole milk
1 lg. egg
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. shortening
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly

Mix hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg with all the spices then add Worcestershire sauce; mix thoroughly. Shape into 1 inch meatballs.

Melt shortening on medium heat in a large frying pan; brown meatballs on all sides. Remove meatballs from pan and drain off fat.

Heat chili sauce and jelly in pan until jelly is completely melted, stirring constantly. Add meatballs and stir until coated. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees F. in oven. Keep meatballs warm in 200 degree F. oven in casserole dish until ready to serve. No more than 30 minutes.
