SPANISH SPAGHETTI SAUCE | |
4 onions 1 lg. green pepper 1 sm. can pimiento 1 stalk celery 1 lg. can tomatoes 1 box mushrooms 1 lb. ground beef Chop onions, green pepper, pimiento, tomatoes and celery. Put in saucepan. Saute two onions, sliced; add to above mixture. Slice mushrooms (if small, halve them). Saute mushrooms and add to mixture. Saute ground beef; drain and add to above. Season with pepper to taste. Simmer slowly for one hour. Serve over spaghetti with freshly ground Parmesan cheese. |
