PORK CHOPS & RICE WITH SPANISH
SAUCE
 
Shake `N Bake
4-6 pork chops
2-3 c. white rice, cooked

Saute 2 small onions, sliced in 2 tablespoons salad oil until golden brown. Stir in 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 can (8 ounce) tomato sauce, 1 can (16 ounce) peeled tomatoes and 1 teaspoon sugar. Simmer about 5 minutes. Serve the sauce over the chops and rice. Makes 4-6 servings.
